Biography 

American Psychological Association Int'l Affiliate since 2008 (# 9188-7938) and Sociologist, I combine a wealth of practical experience with a Bachelor's Degree in Psychological Sciences and a Master in Sociology. I am an expert in Individual Counseling but I also work or have worked, as Industrial Psychologist, for numerous public and private enterprises including ABI (the Italian Bankers Association), Crestcom Company (U.S.A.), Trenitalia (Italian State Railways) and Wilde Cosmetics Gmbh (Germany).

In the summer of 1996, I was a guest at the medical clinic of the Florida Hospital Heartland Medical Center, in Sebring, as an Independent Researcher, studying the organization methods and the management patterns adopted there. From 2000 to 2012, I have been an Adjunct Professor of Interpersonal Communication at "Sapienza" University of Rome and I am currently an Adjunct Professor of Social Psychology at UNINT University of Rome. In 2001-2009, I worked as an industrial psychologist consultant for Wilde Cosmetics Gmbh (Germany). In the early 2000's I've been a mental coach of several top basket players in Italy.

Since December 2019, I am Scientific Director of the Perrone Med School in Rome (Italy). In 2020, during the Covid emergency, I worked as a psycho-social operator for the Italian Red Cross. I'm also a nationally renowned consultant who has received countrywide acclaim for his qualification in personal and professional development: Thousands have attended my seminars in major cities across Europe (Rome, Milan, London, Paris, Frankfurt). Moreover, I have authored some publications that have been using as textbooks by several universities.
